The Loyalty platform allows you to export Member Override information for use in other platforms or systems. You can schedule an export to execute at a specific date and time, or on a recurring basis.
In addition, you can define the content of the export by configuring business rules that filter the records that get exported. You can also opt to include some or all of the standard Attributes associated with Member Overrides.
Note: The platform supports the import of Member Overrides only via the Standard Import feature; the platform does not support importing Member Overrides via the Advanced Import feature. For more information on these import features, see Importing Data into Loyalty.
